I grew up playing softball, volleyball, basketball, and a little bit of soccer. I love sports. I especially love how they help shape us into physically and mentally strong adults. Over the course of my athletic career, which included collegiate softball, I quickly discovered that strength and conditioning beyond practice hours was a requirement if I ever wanted to become a better athlete. After my athletic career ended, I continued to discover the benefits of continuous exercise and vigorously applied it to my own life. I am very thankful to softball and sports in general because I am able to find joy in living the healthiest lifestyle I can live. Additionally, my love for sports and athletics has become an enjoyable career of mine. Ultimately, I believe that the work you put in is the result you will receive. Physical agility, speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility are crucial components that an athlete must maintain over the course of their athletic career, as well as in life, if they want to become better, faster, and stronger, both mentally and physically.
I would love to hear from you.
